Photo Shoot

Reading the Sunday paper this morning, saw an article on a man taking pictures of a child using the restroom. The young boy told his parents, they followed the man to his car and got the tag number. The Police picked him up later at his home.
Now to sit and wonder "WHY". Is this person absence of their common sense, maybe they are losing their mind. Could they be unbalance from something that happen to them as a child or teenager. Could they have been told, its okay to abuse children, because children are easy to victimize and are young, they will get over it.
What disgusted person could teach this?
To write this down makes my heart sink into the belly and brings tears to my eyes. Also the angrier building inside, knowing that this person will only get a few years in prison.
We should deal with this crime the same way as murder.
Because an abused child's soul starts to die after the first act.
It is irritating to hear about this sad, sad thing. There should be a way to remove this scum of the earth from society.
