Change 2011

Another year has flashed before our eyes. Just hope no one blinked and miss it.
There was happening in the year 2011 that were great changes for the poeple in the world.
It does not matter who you are, what happened came into your life in some way and changed it.
Most of the changes were essential for humanity. It showed the world that the people can still take
control, and still are in control. All we need is the willingness to do the right thing for ourselves and for
others.
With this I wish you all,
Joyous Holidays and a
Happy New Year.

What About Debates

What about all the Republican Debates. The sponsors say, "Oh this debate will be different from the others."
Well, Mr. Repeat has not taken a vacation. The immigration question was asks among other repeats.
The candidates always say about the same thing, very little to nothing about the matter.
They are sunk into the same old argument. It is not the same words, but it is the same rhetoric.
You get tried of the same old nonsense from yesterday and yesteryear. Why can't these educated people
get together and solve the problems they talk about. One reason is, if they did the right thing and come up
with real solutions. They could not pretend to be important to the USA.

Proud We Are

How about those people of Occupy Wall Street. They encourage us to feel proud
to be an American. They walked New York City and rode the subway trains telling
their stories, about the lost jobs and disbelief of how they cannot find a new job.
These educated people have a hard time believing the country has come to this
low point in America history.
How much lower can this country go, after a group of millionaires goes public to tell
Congress to tax them more.
Now why should a large or small group tell the US Congress and Senate how it  should
be done. We think they forgot who they represent.

Involuntary

The first question should be, what does involuntary mean?
When something is unintentional done to someone.
It is agree on, that Conrad Murray should have stayed with
Michael Jackson when the drug was being administer.
Nevertheless, the real truth is, the doctor should have never
been able to get the drug in the first place.
But there is another question.
Was Michael Jackson so out of whack, that he let the doctor
use this drug on him?
Did he know, that it would mean his death, if it was misused.
Don't understand why an intelligence person like Michael
Jackson would go to this extreme. But their is one thing curtain,
that the world lost someone they love.
Conrad Murray gets to sit in a jail cell thinking about what
happen that night.
One more thought to end with. Will Conrad Murray have
nightmares.

Disfigure Mt. Rushmore

ARE YOU KIDDING!!!!

The organization "Reagan Legacy Project" is trying to add Ronald Reagan's face to Mt. Rushmore.
Now this is a bit much to endure. Since the beginning of this organization, it has been placing
Ronald Reagan's name all over the United States. When will this come to a end?
Is the end near by defacing Mt. Rushmore with his face. There must be a limit to what
"Reagan Legacy Project" can do. And the limit should be, not to deface Mt Rushmore
with Ronald Reagan's face.
The presidents that are there now, have been dead for Ninety plus years. Let us give
Mt. Rushmore to 2094 before they disfigure the mountain.

Used Car Hit Man

Is it true Iran was plotting to kill in the US. The hard part of this is,
they were going to use the low life of Mexico.
I do not pretend to know the truth, but this must be the most frightening
thing to come about in the world since World War II.
The thing is if the world goes to war, is it going to be with drug cartels
and countries like Iran.
In World War II, Germany had only two strange bedfellows.
Now the question is, who is Iran's other bedfellow?

Occupy Wall Street

WOW! Think you're back in the 60's.
The people are on the streets speaking their minds. It feels real good to see this happening.
But it's not Lyndon Johnson or Richard Nixon talking ill about the protesters. It is
Republicans speaking their fundamental material that amounts to fear and half truths.
However, the time has come for the America People to stand. The most important
part is, they are standing up for themselves against Wall Street and the politicians
that have misrepresented us all.

We the People

How is it that politicians have come to the point of embarrassment. An embarrasment not only to their generation, but a embarrassment to the generation that followed them, and the younger generation that
cannot conceive how to deal with this irritation.
To come to the belief, the United States politicans have come to the point of destruction is heartbreaking. But the major disappointment, is our enemies are cerebrating as our politicians slowly dismantle these United States.
We the people will need to use our rights to make the changes, that will bring us back to our appropriate place.

Feeling Troubled

Although I was not personally involved, the death of Troy Davis is troubling. We as a modern people have changed again. But the thing is, not sure if it is for the better or the worse. I believe that future historians will become the real judges of the death of Troy Davis. I believe something is wrong here, but this is my belief. But the death of this man will trouble me about the society and the justice system we live with today. I feel that God is now taking good care of Mr. Davis.

Time Pieces Waste Time

Time pieces waste time
Being concern about what is the time.
Not doing what needs to be done
Before it's time to leave and still be late.

Time pieces waste time
Keeping us captive for hours a day.
Under its power of control
Racing from one place to another never
getting ahead.

Time pieces waste time
Being its servant every minute
Fighting to win against it
Only to find it has won again.

Time pieces waste time
Finding the deserved rest period
Only to realize that it's to short
So back to the captivity of time.

Leaf Hopper

Went out to pick a few lemons and
this little feller flew off the tree branch.
What gets me thinking is I only see
Leaf Hoppers in the winter, and after
it has been very cold. But I still enjoy
taking the photos, because the insect is
very patient with me. If the camera lens
gets to close it will lean away from the
lens. After the shot, I move to another
place, the hopper will straighten up as
I continue to shoot. I am always
fascinated with the acts of each insect.
Each one has its own identity.
