The Best in the U. S.

It is amazing how small businesses have fear and anxiety. Listen to a young person speak about an encounter with a small business owner. The young person was told, you would be bored with this job,
is some thing never heard before.
What reasonable person says, "You would be bored doing this job," to a person that has the skills to do the job. Calling again and again, but never able to speak to the owner and the owner never returning the calls.
This is why people are beginning to give up. Because the business owners are showing no respect to people hard at work looking for a job. The emotional pull at their souls, time after time from no respect, can overwhelm even the strongest person.
What is amazing is the businesses are seducing the people looking for work and deceiving them.
Well, If you think there is anger here, you are wrong, it is disappointment that has been growing for years. Disappointment in small businesses across Florida, and there is not one or two people feeling it. There is millions feeling the pain from small businesses that are not hiring the best the U. S. has to offer.

The Endless Search

If you are searching for a job, it is well known, if you do not know Tom, Dick, and Janet, you do not exist as the prospect for the job. Sad But True!!!!


But the hard part of this existence, if you are a person looking for a job. And you tell the employer you have had other interest outside the field.

The expressions on their face are amazing. The faces are different but they all say the same thing. “If I hire him or her, they will not be faithful to the company. If that happen I could lose my job. God forbid this would ever happen.

It is very hard for a true hard working person to get a job today. Particular, if they have been working on some thing that is well above the person’s intellect that is interviewing them. The company has put that poor ole interviewer into a box, with only one window to look out; the window has so many rules, that it is hard to remember them all.

For the job searcher, quitting is not on the menu, winning is the goal, that will get the hard working person a job, so the person can use their talents to benefit the company, so they can support themselves.

If you find this is a hardship story, you are right. There was a time when a person could find a job in time for supper. But that is no more; we have become a sad country for some.
